ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของโปรโมชั่น Trade & Triumph

1.บทนำ

ซื้อขายสกุลเงินดิจิทัล CFD ปริมาณตามสัญญาอย่างน้อย USD$100,000

5.โครงสร้างโบนัสหรือรางวัล

6.การมอบรางวัล

รางวัลเงินสด:

รางวัลเงินสดจะถูกโอนเข้าบัญชีซื้อขายของผู้ชนะภายใน 15 วันทำการหลังจากสิ้นสุดโปรโมชั่น

7.การตัดสิทธิ์

Vantage ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสิทธิ์ผู้เข้าร่วมที่:

ละเมิดข้อกำหนดใด ๆ ;
ให้ข้อมูลเท็จ;
มีพฤติกรรมการซื้อขายที่น่าสงสัย หรือใช้กลยุทธ์การซื้อขายที่ไม่เหมาะสม เช่น การปั่นการซื้อขาย (Churning)

8.การแก้ไข และการยกเลิก

9.กฎหมายและเขตอำนาจศาล

คำจำกัดความ

1.ลูกค้าที่มีสิทธิ์ หมายถึงลูกค้าที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามเกณฑ์ในการเข้าร่วมโปรโมชั่นที่ระบุไว้ในข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้

สูตร: Notional Volume (USD) = จำนวนล็อต X ขนาดสัญญา X ราคาปิดของสินทรัพย์อ้างอิง X อัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ สิ้นวันเป็น USD

4.บัตรจับรางวัล หมายถึงสิทธิ์ที่มอบให้กับลูกค้าที่มีสิทธิ์ในการเข้าร่วมจับรางวัลของโปรโมชั่น

5.ของรางวัล หมายถึงรายการหรือของรางวัลใด ๆ ที่ระบุไว้ในโปรโมชั่น รวมถึงและไม่จำกัดเพียง สิ่งของ บัตรกำนัล หรือรางวัลเงินสด

6.ยอดคงเหลือในบัญชี แสดงถึงเงินฝากจริงของคุณ และกำไร/ขาดทุนที่เกิดขึ้นจริงจากกิจกรรมการซื้อขาย กำไรหรือขาดทุนจะถูกนำไปใช้โดยตรงกับยอดคงเหลือนี้ ในขณะที่เครดิตโบนัสจะไม่ได้รับผลกระทบ และใช้เป็นมาร์จิ้นเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการซื้อขายเท่านั้น

8.การปั่นการซื้อขาย หมายถึงการเปิดและปิดธุรกรรมมาร์จิ้น FX หรือ CFD เพื่อผลประโยชน์จากข้อเสนอโปรโมชั่นเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่เพื่อการซื้อขายตามกลยุทธ์การลงทุนที่เหมาะสม

9.การซื้อขายที่น่าสงสัย หมายถึงพฤติกรรมใด ๆ ที่ Vantage ประเมินว่าทำลายความสมบูรณ์ของบริการหรือตลาด เช่น การถือสถานะตรงข้าม การใช้ประโยชน์จากสภาพคล่องต่ำ หรือช่องว่างของราคา หรือการกระทำในลักษณะฉ้อฉล รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมระบุในข้อตกลงลูกค้าบนเว็บไซต์

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทั่วไป

1.โปรโมชั่นนี้ใช้ได้กับบัญชี STP และ ECN ที่มีสิทธิ์เท่านั้น บัญชี Cent, บัญชีสกุลเงิน USDT, BTC และ ETH จะไม่มีสิทธิ์เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นอย่างชัดเจน

2.ลูกค้าที่ได้รับการแนะนำโดย PAMM/MAM หรือผู้จัดการเงินจะไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมข้อเสนอใด ๆ ของ Vantage เว้นแต่จะระบุเป็นอย่างอื่นอย่างชัดเจน

3.ลูกค้าไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้เครดิตการซื้อขายในการเปิดสถานะป้องกันความเสี่ยง (hedging) หากตรวจพบการละเมิด Vantage อาจเพิกถอนเครดิตการซื้อขายหรือผลกำไรที่เกิดจากการป้องกันความเสี่ยงนั้น

4.บัญชีใหม่จะต้องผ่านกระบวนการอนุมัติมาตรฐานของ Vantage ลูกค้ามีความรับผิดชอบในการทำความเข้าใจกฎหมายและข้อบังคับท้องถิ่นก่อนทำการสมัคร

5.ลูกค้าควรตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากิจกรรมการซื้อขายของตนสอดคล้องกับความเสี่ยงที่ยอมรับได้ของตนเอง โดยโปรโมชั่นนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งหมายเพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงความเสี่ยงหรือกลยุทธ์การซื้อขายของลูกค้า

6.ลูกค้าตกลงที่จะชดเชยและปกป้อง Vantage จากการเรียกร้องใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการเข้าร่วมโปรโมชั่น รวมถึงการละเมิดข้อกำหนดหรือกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

7.ในกรณีที่มีความไม่สอดคล้องกันของข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับภาษาต่าง ๆ ให้ยึดถือข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสำคัญ
