5. कॉन्टेस्ट नियम

● हर क्लाइंट सिर्फ एक बार ही प्राइज़ प्राप्त कर सकता है। पिछले राउंड के winners दोबारा हिस्सा ले सकते हैं, लेकिन वे अतिरिक्त प्राइज़ के लिए eligible नहीं होंगे।
● सिर्फ इस प्रमोशन के लिए, क्लाइंट्स credit prize को cash में convert कर सकते हैं, अगर वे received credit prize amount का 1% के बराबर minimum number of closed lots पूरा करें।

● अगर withdrawal या credits deduction conditions की वजह से क्लाइंट का credit prize कम हो जाता है, तो withdrawal के समय जितने credits बाकी होंगे, सिर्फ वही cash में convert किए जा सकेंगे। अगर credits initial prize amount से बढ़ जाते हैं, तो सिर्फ original credit prize ही withdraw किया जा सकेगा। उदाहरण:

7. निकासी की शर्तें
● credit prize non-transferable है और इसे ट्रेडिंग अकाउंट्स के बीच move नहीं किया जा सकता। credit prize या उससे निकले किसी भी profit को किसी दूसरे अकाउंट में ट्रांसफर करने की कोशिश करने पर withdrawal request को ineligible माना जाएगा, और इन नियमों के अनुसार remaining credit का forfeiture भी हो सकता है।
● credit prize को cash में convert करने से पहले deposit और/या profit की withdrawal करने पर, Vantage के एकमात्र विवेक पर रिवॉर्ड में कटौती या उसका forfeiture हो सकता है।
● credit prize होल्ड करते समय अगर अकाउंट negative balance में चला जाता है, तो auto debt write-offs ट्रिगर होंगे, जिससे Vantage के एकमात्र विवेक पर बोनस या रिवॉर्ड का forfeiture हो सकता है।
8. अयोग्यता

परिभाषाएँ (DEFINITIONS)
- New User से मतलब ऐसे व्यक्ति से है जिसके पास अभी Vantage में कोई live अकाउंट नहीं है और जिसने पहले कभी Vantage में live अकाउंट रखा भी नहीं है, जिसमें Forex और CFDs ट्रेडिंग में रुचि रखने वाले लोग भी शामिल हैं।

फ़ॉर्मूला: Percentage Gain (%) = [(Ending equity - Starting equity) / Starting equity] × 100 - Drawdown ट्रेडिंग अकाउंट में सबसे ऊँचे बैलेंस पॉइंट और उसके बाद आए सबसे निचले बैलेंस पॉइंट के बीच का अंतर होता है। उदाहरण के लिए, अगर कोई डेमो ट्रेडिंग अकाउंट $100,000 बैलेंस से शुरू होता है और किसी losing trade के बाद अकाउंट की equity $95,000 हो जाती है, तो उस अकाउंट में $5,000 का drawdown हुआ।
- Auto Debt Write-Offs का मतलब है कि जब क्लाइंट का अकाउंट negative balance में चला जाता है, तो उस negative balance को offset करने के लिए क्रेडिट की कटौती अपने आप (automatically) ट्रिगर हो जाती है।
- Credit Prize से मतलब उन बोनस फंड्स से है जो डेमो ट्रेडिंग कॉन्टेस्ट जीतने पर रिवॉर्ड के रूप में Eligible Client के ट्रेडिंग अकाउंट में क्रेडिट किए जाते हैं। ये फंड्स withdraw नहीं किए जा सकते, लेकिन ट्रेडिंग के लिए इस्तेमाल किए जा सकते हैं।
- Account Balance आपके वास्तविक deposited funds और ट्रेडिंग गतिविधियों से हुए realised PnL को दर्शाता है। मुनाफा या नुकसान सीधे इसी बैलेंस में जुड़ता/घटता है, जबकि bonus credit पर इसका असर नहीं होता और वह सिर्फ ट्रेडिंग के लिए अतिरिक्त margin के रूप में काम करता है।
फ़ॉर्मूला: अकाउंट बैलेंस = अकाउंट इक्विटी - क्रेडिट बोनस - फ्लोटिंग PnL - Churning से मतलब Margin FX या CFD ट्रांज़ैक्शन्स को सिर्फ प्रमोशनल ऑफ़र्स का फायदा उठाने के लिए बार-बार खोलना और बंद करना है, न कि किसी ठोस निवेश रणनीति के आधार पर ट्रेड करना।

सामान्य नियम और शर्तें (GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS)
- यह प्रमोशन केवल वैध STP और ECN अकाउंट्स पर लागू होता है। Cent अकाउंट्स, USDT, BTC और ETH करेंसी अकाउंट्स eligible नहीं हैं, जब तक कि विशेष रूप से उल्लेख न किया गया हो।
