USDT Earn Boost 活動條款與細則
1. 簡介
本條款與細則（「條款」）適用於由 Vantage Global Limited（「Vantage」或「本公司」）推出的 USDT Earn Boost 活動（「本活動」）。該公司註冊於瓦努阿圖金融服務委員會（VFSC），註冊編號為 700271。參與本活動即表示您承認並同意遵守本條款。
Earn Programme（理財計劃）為一項可選功能，允許用戶透過 Wallet 介面將數位資產分配至第三方服務提供商，以獲取潛在收益。本公司不營運、不管理或不提供理財計劃，亦不持有客戶資產或決定任何收益。
2. 活動期間
本活動時間為 2026 年 4 月 20 日至 2026 年 5 月 20 日（以系統時間為準，「活動期間」），包含起止日期。
3. 參與資格
本活動僅限符合以下條件的客戶參加：
- 必須持有有效的 V-Wallet 帳戶；
- 必須為符合資格國家/地區的居民。
4. 參與要求
參與本活動，客戶須：
- 於活動期間內，僅將 USDT 作為 Earn Assets （理財資產）分配至 Earn Programme （理財計劃）下符合資格的 Flexible Earn（靈活理財）產品；
- 僅 USDT 的分配可計入活動獎勵資格。其他數位資產（包括但不限於 USDC、BTC 及 ETH）將不被計算；
- 在符合資格的 Flexible Earn （靈活理財）產品中，每日結算時須維持至少 1,000 USDT 的最低餘額，方可計入該日的活動獎勵資格。
5. 贈金與獎勵結構
- 符合資格的客戶可獲得基於額外年化利率高達 10% 計算的活動獎勵，適用於分配至符合資格 Flexible Earn （靈活理財）產品的 USDT Earn Assets（理財資產）。
- 活動獎勵將根據活動期間內的合格天數計算，每位客戶最多可計算 7 天。
- 「合格天數」指客戶於該自然日結束時，在符合資格的 Flexible Earn （靈活理財）產品中維持至少 1,000 USDT 最低餘額。
- 活動獎勵僅適用於首 1,000 USDT 的合格餘額，超出部分將不納入獎勵計算。
- 活動獎勵計算方式如下：

7. 修改與終止
Vantage 保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本活動或任何條款的權利，包括從參與者帳戶中移除或扣除任何贈金，以及取消透過交易贈金所產生的任何利潤。

定義（DEFINITIONS）
1. 每日結算時間是指依據 Vantage 系統時間 23:59:59 計算。
2. 系統時間是指 MetaTrader（MT）系統時間，依夏令時間調整，運行於 GMT+2 或 GMT+3 時區。
3. V-Wallet 指可透過 Vantage 平台存取的錢包服務，受資格及適用法律限制。Vantage 僅提供存取渠道，不儲存或管理客戶資金/資產。
4. 數位資產是指比特幣、以太幣或其他加密或數位資產/貨幣。
5. 理財資產（Earn Assets）是指客戶指示分配至理財計劃（Earn Programme）的數位資產。
6. 理財計劃（Earn Programme）是指由 InFiFuture 提供支援，並透過一個或多個理財服務提供商作為後端支援的收益服務，允許客戶分配數位資產以獲取潛在收益。
7. 靈活理財（Flexible Earn）是指允許每日累計收益並可隨時贖回理財資產的理財選項。
8. 符合資格客戶是指符合本條款中參與資格條件的客戶。
9. 符合資格國家/地區是指根據當地法律法規，客戶可透過客戶端參與本活動的國家或地區。
10. 可疑交易行為是指 Vantage 基於合理判斷認為可能影響其服務或市場完整性的行為，包括持有對沖倉位、利用低流動性或價格缺口，或進行濫用交易行為。詳情請參閱網站上的客戶協議。
一般條款與細則
1. 參與本活動的客戶必須持有有效的 V-Wallet，並滿足 Vantage 及/或其卡片計劃合作夥伴所要求的所有資格、身份驗證、合規及審批要求。
2. 由 PAMM/MAM 或資金管理人推薦的客戶，除非另有說明，否則無資格參與任何 Vantage 活動。
