1. 簡介
本條款與細則（「條款」）適用於 Vantage Global Limited（「Vantage」或「本公司」）所提供的「火力全開 享受獎勵加乘」活動（「本活動」）。Vantage 註冊於瓦努阿圖金融服務委員會（VFSC），註冊編號為 700271。參與本活動即表示您承諾並同意遵守本條款。
2. 活動期間
本活動有效期為2026 年 4 月 20 日至 2026 年 5 月 17 日，以系統時間為準（「活動期間」），包含首尾兩日。
3. 參加資格
本活動僅限符合以下條件的客戶參加：
- 必須在 Vantage 擁有 STP、ECN、Premium、Perpetual、TradingView、Swap Free、跟單交易、Cent 或無限槓桿交易帳戶。
- 必須為符合條件國家／地區的居民。
4. 參與要求
客戶需符合以下要求方可參與本活動：
- 透過客戶端或應用程式選擇參與本活動；
- 達到「贈金或獎勵機制」中所規定的最低交易要求。
5. 贈金或獎勵機制
- 符合資格的客戶將根據其在活動期間內交易的「已平倉名義交易量」獲得一（1）份與所達成的最高等級相對應的獎品。

- 客戶須向 Vantage 提供完整姓名、居住地址、電子郵件地址及電話號碼，以便寄送獎品。客戶需負責提供準確且完整的個人資訊，Vantage 對因客戶提供錯誤或不完整資訊而導致的獎品發放失敗不承擔任何責任。所收集的個人資料僅供本次活動相關用途使用，並將依照 Vantage 隱私政策及適用的資料保護法律進行處理。
- 實體獎品將在通知日期後的六十（60）個工作日內寄出。運送時間可能會受到 Vantage 無法控制的外部因素影響（例如快遞延誤）。
- 現金回贈獎勵將在 15 個工作日內存入符合資格客戶的獎勵帳戶。
- 所有獎品均視供應情況而定。如因特殊情況導致獎品無法提供，Vantage 保留全權酌情以等值或相近價值的其他商品或禮券替代，或提供不超過該獎品預估價值 100% 的現金等值獎勵作為替換方案。
7. 取消資格
若出現以下情況，Vantage 有權取消參與者資格：
- 違反本條款；
- 提供虛假或具誤導性的資訊；
- 進行可疑的交易活動或濫用交易行為，包括但不限於頻繁換倉（churning）、對沖（hedging）和/或任何形式的市場操縱行為。
8. 修改與終止
Vantage 保留自行決定修改、暫停或終止本活動或本條款的權利。包括移除、扣留或取消分配給參與者的任何獎勵或獎品。此類情況可能因違反條款、可疑或濫用交易行為，或對活動的不當使用而發生。更新或變更將通過電子郵件通知，並公布於官方網站。
9. 當地法律與管轄
本活動受瓦努阿圖相關法律與法規管轄。參與本活動即表示您同意任何因本條款產生的爭議將依照瓦努阿圖法院專屬管轄與裁決。

定義（DEFINITIONS）
1. 系統時間是指 MetaTrader（MT）系統時間，依夏令時間調整，運行於 GMT+2 或 GMT+3 時區。
2. 符合資格客戶指符合本條款規定的參與活動資格條件的客戶。
3. 符合條件國家／地區是指根據當地法律法規，客戶可透過客戶端參與本活動的國家或地區。
4. 現金回贈指根據符合資格客戶的名義交易量，按照活動條款中指定的比例授予的貨幣獎勵。
5. 名義交易量是指衍生性合約倉位的總價值，由標的資產價格乘以倉位大小計算而得。
公式：名義交易量（美元）= 交易手數 × 合約大小 × 標的資產收盤價 × 當日產品兌美元匯率
6. 獎品是指本次活動中所列明的任何項目或獎勵，包括但不限於實物獎品、禮券或現金獎勵。
7. 頻繁交易是指為了從促銷優惠中獲益，而頻繁開倉與平倉差價合約（CFD）的行為，而非基於合理投資策略執行的交易行為。
8. 可疑交易活動是指 Vantage 基於合理判斷認定可能損害其服務或市場完整性的行為，包括持有相反倉位、利用低流動性或價格缺口、或從事濫用交易行為。詳細內容請參閱官方網站上的《客戶協議》。
一般條款與細則
1. 本活動僅適用於有效的 STP、ECN、Premium、Perpetual、TradingView、SwapFree、跟單交易、Cent 或無限槓桿交易帳戶。除非特別說明，USDT、BTC 和 ETH 貨幣帳戶不符合參加資格。
2. 由 PAMM/MAM 或資金管理人推薦的客戶，除非另有說明，否則無資格參與任何 Vantage 的活動。
3. 客戶不得使用交易贈金（credit）進行對沖。若發現違規行為，Vantage 有權撤銷交易贈金及其產生的收益。
4. 新帳戶須遵循 Vantage 的標準審核流程。客戶在申請前有責任了解當地的法律法規。
5. 客戶須確保其交易行為符合個人風險偏好，本活動並非旨在改變客戶的交易策略或風險承受能力。
6. 客戶同意保障並使 Vantage 免於因參與活動而產生的任何索賠，包括對條款或法律規範的違反。
