跟單交易入金回贈券活動條款與細則
1. 簡介
本條款與細則（「本條款」）適用於由 Vantage Global Limited（「Vantage」或「本公司」）推出的跟單交易入金回贈券活動（「本活動」）。本公司註冊於瓦努阿圖金融服務委員會（VFSC），註冊編號為 700271。參與本活動即表示您承認並同意遵守本條款。
2. 活動期間
本活動時間為 2026 年 5 月 18 日至 2026 年 7 月 19 日，以系統時間為準（「活動期間」），包含起止日期。
3. 參與資格與要求
本活動僅限符合以下條件的客戶參加：
- 必須擁有 Vantage 的跟單交易帳戶。
- 所有其他帳戶類型均不符合本活動資格，包括 MTS PRO ECN、MTS SF Standard STP、MTS SF Standard STP Cent、MTS SF Raw ECN、MTS SF Raw ECN Cent。
- 必須為符合資格國家/地區的居民。
4. 贈金或獎勵結構
- 每位符合資格的客戶將獲得如下所述的獎勵。

- 客戶必須交易至少 1 標準手的符合資格的差價合約（CFD）產品，方可提領每張回贈券的獎勵金額。符合資格的 CFD 產品包括：外匯（Forex）、黃金（XAUUSD、XAUAUD）、白銀（XAGUSD、XAGAUD）、原油（CL-OIL、USOUSD、UKOUSD）及加密貨幣（BTCEUR、BTCUSD），且持倉時間需最少 10 分鐘。若客戶在未達交易要求的情況下申請提領，Vantage 保留從其帳戶中扣除全部回贈金額的權利。
- 回贈券有效期為 2026 年 5 月 18 日 起至 2026 年 8 月 18 日。逾期未使用的回贈券將失效。

5. 取消資格
Vantage 保留取消以下參與者資格的權利：
- 違反本條款之任何內容；
- 提供虛假或具誤導性之資訊；
- 從事可疑交易活動或濫用交易行為，包括但不限於頻繁交易（Churning）、對沖（Hedging）及/或任何形式的市場操縱行為。
6. 修改與終止
Vantage 保留自行決定修改、暫停或終止本活動或任何條款的權利，包括從參與者帳戶中移除或扣除任何活動贈金，以及取消透過使用該活動贈金所產生的任何利潤。此類情況可能因違反條款、可疑或濫用交易行為，或不當使用活動贈金而發生。任何更新或變更將透過電子郵件通知並於官方網站公布。
7. 當地法律與管轄權
本活動受瓦努阿圖法律及法規管轄。參與本活動即表示您同意，因本條款所產生的任何爭議，均將依照瓦努阿圖法院管轄並解決。
8. 資料保護與隱私

9. 責任

入金回贈券
- 若要查看已獲得的回贈券，客戶可點擊應用程式（App）內的「我的」圖示，進入「優惠券」分頁；或透過客戶端頂部選單中的「優惠券」進行查看。
- 使用回贈券方式：
- 客戶端：客戶須前往「資金 > 入金」，並在提交入金申請前選擇使用的回贈券。
- Vantage App：客戶須前往「首頁 > 入金」，並在提交入金申請前選擇使用的回贈券。
- 回贈券以美元（USD）發放。對於帳戶基礎貨幣非美元的客戶，回贈券金額將依當時 Vantage 流動性供應商報價的市場匯率，轉換為帳戶基礎貨幣。
- 已兌換的回贈券不可轉讓、不可退款，亦不可全部或部分兌換現金，且僅限於單筆交易使用。
定義
1. 系統時間是指 MetaTrader (MT) 系統時間，運行於 GMT+2 或 GMT+3 時區，並依據夏令時間進行調整。
2. 符合資格客戶是指符合本條款中參與活動資格標準的客戶。
3. 符合資格國家/地區是指根據當地法律法規，客戶可透過客戶端參與本活動的國家或地區。
4. 回贈券是指根據本條款與細則，向符合資格客戶發放的自定義數位獎勵。
5. 頻繁交易是指僅為了獲取促銷優惠而頻繁開倉與平倉差價合約（CFD）交易，而非基於合理的投資策略執行交易之行為。
6. 可疑交易行為是指 Vantage 基於合理判斷認為可能影響其服務或市場完整性的行為，包括持有對沖倉位、利用低流動性或價格缺口，或進行濫用交易行為。詳情請參閱網站上的客戶協議。
一般條款與細則
1. 本活動僅適用於有效的跟單交易帳戶。除非另有說明，否則MTS PRO ECN、MTS SF Standard STP、MTS SF Standard STP Cent、MTS SF Raw ECN、MTS SF Raw ECN Cent、STP、ECN、Perpetual、Premium、Swap Free、TradingView、Cent 帳戶，以及 USDT、BTC 和 ETH 貨幣帳戶均不符合參與資格。
2. 由 PAMM/MAM 或資金管理人推薦的客戶，除非另有說明，否則無資格參與任何 Vantage 的優惠活動。
3. 客戶不得使用活動贈金進行對沖交易。若發現違規行為，Vantage 有權撤銷任何相關活動贈金或透過對沖交易產生的收益。
4. 新帳戶須遵循 Vantage 的標準審批流程。客戶在申請前有責任了解其所在地的法律法規。
5. 客戶應確保其交易活動符合個人風險偏好；本活動並非旨在改變客戶的風險承受能力或交易策略。
