Cher Client,

Dans le cadre de notre plan continu d’optimisation des serveurs et de mise à niveau de l’infrastructure système, nous procéderons à une migration de nos serveurs MT4/MT5 Live et Demo. Veuillez consulter les détails ci-dessous :

Pendant cette période, tous les serveurs Live et Demo seront migrés de manière séquentielle.

Les noms des serveurs seront mis à jour comme suit :

Les clients utilisant des EA/bots devront mettre à jour les paramètres du nom du serveur en conséquence

Pendant la migration

  • Les clients peuvent rencontrer des interruptions temporaires de connexion pendant la fenêtre de migration.
  • L’accès aux serveurs MT4/MT5 peut être temporairement indisponible pendant le processus de migration.
  • Les clients pourront temporairement continuer à surveiller leurs comptes et à effectuer des transactions via l’application Vantage, lorsque celle-ci est disponible, pendant la période de migration.
  • Si vous utilisez un EA, veuillez mettre à jour les paramètres de l’EA en conséquence, car le nom du serveur sera modifié.

Si vous ne parvenez pas à vous connecter après la migration :

  • Veuillez vous assurer que vous utilisez la dernière version de la plateforme
  • Veuillez confirmer que vous vous connectez au nom de serveur mis à jour
