1. 簡介
本條款和細則（"條款"）適用於 Vantage Global Limited（" Vantage "或"公司"）提供的 V-Wallet充值並免費領取 8 USDT 活動（"活動"）。Vantage 是一家在瓦努阿圖金融服務委員會（VFSC）註冊的公司，註冊號為 700271 。參與本活動，即表示您承認並同意遵守本條款。
2. 活動期間
本活動自 2026年6月11日至2026年7月11日（"活動期間"）有效，包含首尾兩日。
3. 參與資格
本活動面向符合以下條件的客戶：
- 必須持有可參與本活動的有效 STP、ECN、Premium、Perpetual或跟單交易帳戶。
- 必須是符合條件的國家/地區的居民。
如果您在活動期間內沒有看到該活動，則表示您不符合本活動的參與資格。Vantage 保留自行決定修改或終止本優惠的權利，恕不另行通知。
4. 參與要求
參與本活動，客戶必須：
- 在活動期間內，單筆 V-Wallet 充值交易須至少達 300 USDT。
- 在符合資格的錢包入金後的72小時內，完成單筆從錢包到交易帳戶的轉帳，金額至少為300 USDT。
5. 獎勵機制
- 成功滿足所有活動要求的符合資格客戶可獲得一（1）份 8 USDT 的獎勵。
- 在適用的情況下， 8 USDT 獎勵將存入客戶的符合資格 V-Wallet 帳戶中。

一般條款和細則
1. 參與本活動的客戶必須持有有效的V-Wallet，並滿足Vantage和/或其卡片計劃合作夥伴所要求的所有適用資格、身份驗證、合規和批准要求。
2. V-Card 是一款僅用於符合資格的消費交易的支付產品。根據發卡機構和卡網絡規則，此卡片不得直接或間接用於為保證金、槓桿、衍生品或交易活動提供資金。
3. V-Wallet 功能可能受地區可用性、資格要求和適用法律法規的限制。
4. 若因法律、法規、發卡機構的要求，或發現有濫用促銷優惠、不當使用消費贈金、企圖規避資格或限制等行為，Vantage 保留暫停、限制或終止客戶參與本活動的權利。
5. 客戶在參與活動前，有責任了解並遵守所有適用的當地法律、法規和發卡機構條款。
6. 客戶同意賠償並使 Vantage 免受因參與優惠活動而產生的任何索賠，包括違反條款或適用法律。
