1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Take the Lead: Vantage Lunar New Year Race Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 9 February 2026 to 12 March 2026, based on system time ("Promotion Period"), both days inclusive.

The Trading Period for earning race chance runs from 9 February 2026 to 1 March 2026, while the Race Period runs from 6 March 2026 to 12 March 2026.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have a STP, ECN, Copy Trading, TradingView, Premium or Perpetual trading account with Vantage.
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

• Opt-in to the Promotion via Client Portal or APP.
• Trade at least USD$300,000 notional volume during the Trading Period (9 February 2026 to 1 March 2026). Only closed trades with a minimum holding period of ten (10) minutes from the time of execution will be counted towards this promotion.
• Submit their User ID and email address at the Landing Page during the Race Period.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

• Eligible clients will receive one (1) race chance for every USD$300,000 in notional volume traded.
• Trading volume and accumulated race chance will be updated on the Landing Page on 6 March 2026.
• Clients holding any race chances may participate individually in the Race Periods listed below.
  
  

  Clients may make one (1) winning-horse prediction per race on the landing page during the race period.

  Each client may participate in the race multiple times, subject to the availability of race chances.

• There is no limit to the number of race chances for each client.
• Consolation Prize: At the end of the Promotion, all eligible clients who participated in the Race Period — including those who won or did not win a prize, winners who did not complete the required steps to claim their prize, and those who did not use their chances—, will receive a USD 1 cashback per valid chance, subject to verification by Vantage.
  
  

  Example:
  If a client holds a total of ten (10) race chances, wins 1st prize and 4th Prize in each round of Race period, the client will receive that prize plus USD 1 for each of the remaining eight (8) non-winning chances, resulting in a total cashback of USD16 with Year of Horse 999.9 Gold Pendant.

6. Prize Delivery

Physical Prize

• Winners must complete the following steps to claim their prizes:
  
  

  Screenshot the winner pop-up, tap any social media icon and post to social media feed or story.

  Email the screenshot of the feed or story to [email protected] with the email subject title “Take the Lead: Vantage Lunar New Year Race”.

  Provide the following delivery details in the email:

  • UID
  • Recipient’s full name
  • Phone number
  • Shipping address
• Failure to complete any of the above steps within five (5) business days from the date the client performs the draw and is notified as a winner will result in disqualification of the physical prize and all the race chances will be converted to consolation bonus (refer to Clause 5).
• Prizes will be delivered to winners within 60 business days after the Promotion ends.
• All prizes are subject to availability. In the event of extraordinary circumstances where a prize becomes unavailable, Vantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute or replace the prize with an alternate item or voucher of similar value, or to offer a cash equivalent of up to 100% of the estimated value of the prize.
• By sharing the social media post generated from the winner pop-up, winners do not endorse or make any representation about Vantage’s trading services or outcomes. The shared post is required solely for prize verification purposes.
• Participants acknowledge that certain prizes may be purchased online and fulfilled through third-party platforms or vendors. In such cases, participants’ personal information may be shared with relevant third parties strictly for prize processing and delivery purposes.

Cashback

• Cashback (USD 1 per unused race chance) will be credited to qualifying trading accounts within 30 business days after the Promotion ends.

7. Combined Promotions

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions unless otherwise stated.

8. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices,including but not limited to churning, hedging and/or any form of market manipulation.

9. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion including removing or deducting any credit bonus from a participant account and voiding any profits generated with the use of trading credit. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the credit bonus. Update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

10. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS

1. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.

2. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

3. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

4. Cashback refers to the monetary reward granted to eligible clients based on their notional trading volume, calculated at the rate specified in the Promotion’s terms.

5. Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying the underlying asset’s price by the size of the position.
Formula: Notional Volume (USD) = Trading lot X Contract size X Closing price of the underlying assets X End of day product exchange rate to USD.

6. Prize refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the Promotion, including but not limited to physical items, vouchers or cash prizes.

7. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

8. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP, ECN, Copy Trading, TradingView, Premium or Perpetual accounts. Swap Free, Cent accounts, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.

3. Clients are prohibited from using trading credits for hedging positions. Vantage may revoke any trading credit or profits generated through hedging if violations are detected.

4. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.

5. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.

6. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

7. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
