By submitting an application to opt out of any Vantage promotions, you acknowledge that:
1. 1.The information provided on the application is correct. Fraudulent, multiple or incorrectly completed applications will not be processed.
2. 2.Vantage will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected applications.
3. 3.Vantage will process your request within 3 business days. If you change your mind and would like to withdraw your application, please email [email protected] expressing that you would like to withdraw your opt-out application.
4. 4.You may not reinstate the bonus/withdraw the application after we have finalised your application.
5. 5.Cancellation of any bonus amount may affect your available margin which can result in current positions being stopped out. Please make sure you maintain sufficient margin prior to submitting the application
6. 6.Vantage will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense or damage which may be suffered in connection with this application and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.
7. 7.If these terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the terms shall prevail where there is any inconsistency.
8. 8.Vantage will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms in its sole discretion.
