Lunar New Year Red Packet Draw 2023 is provided by Vantage, traded under Vantage Global Limited (VFSC reg. no. 700271). (herein "the Company" or "Vantage"), to the Company's clients.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 1. This promotion is available from 25 January 2023 to 22 February 2023 (both dates inclusive).
• 2. This Promotion is applicable to both new and existing clients residing in the following countries only:

• 3. Only a verified live account registered with Vantage (not a "demo" account) is eligible for this Promotion, and every client is only entitled for one single entry to this Promotion.
• 4. By participating in this Promotion, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Client Agreement of the Company.
• 5. To participate in this Promotion, clients must:
  • 5.1 register their participation by submitting the online opt-in form at our website https://www.vantagemarkets.com/en-in/promotions/red-packet-draw-2023; and
  • 5.2 make a minimum net deposit of USD$500 to earn one (1) draw chance; and
  • 5.3 trade every USD$0.5mil notional volume* (closed trades) to earn additional one (1) draw chance.
  • *Notional Volume (closed trades) = Trading Lot X Contract Size X EOD Product Exchange Rate X Close Price
• 6. Eligible clients will stand a chance to win the following red packets (cash prize):

• 7. Net deposit refers to the total deposit after deducting all withdrawals made during the Promotion period.
• 8. Vantage will announce the winners on its website (opt-in page) on 28th of February 2023.
• 9. The red packet prize will be credited directly into the clients' Vantage trading account within ten (10) working days from the winner announcement date.
• 10. All prizes issued through this Promotion are decided by Vantage at its sole discretion and may subject to change without prior notice.
• 11. Vantage reserves the right at its sole discretion, to decline or withdraw any application if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a client is not acting in good faith, breaching any terms and conditions, or suspected to have engaged in fraudulent or abusive practice.
• 12. Multiple entries or application with incorrect or insufficient information will not be accepted. Vantage will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.
• 13. This Promotion can be retracted at any time of the Company's choosing, and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.
• 14. Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms will be resolved by Vantage in its sole discretion.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to all offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise:

1. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2. All Vantage offers are only available in accordance with applicable law.
3. Vantage offers are not designed to alter or modify an individual's risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner inconsistent with their own trading strategies.
4. Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in a manner consistent with their trading comfort level.
5. New Accounts are subject to approval as per Vantage's account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with Vantage.
6. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are not eligible to participate in Vantage offers.
7. Vantage reserves the right to restrict or stop any client from claiming promotional credit or reward if the deposit is made via e-wallet/cryptocurrency channel including but not limited to: USDT, Neteller and Skrill.
8. Clients are not allowed to use the credit bonus to hedge positions. Vantage reserves the right to cancel a client's eligibility to participate in any credit bonus offers, remove partial/all credit bonus from his/her trading account and partial/all profit generated by hedging positions without further notice.
9. Vantage reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explain the reasons for such a decline.
10. Vantage reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client's participation in its offers or promotions if: a) Churning (opening and closing of Margin FX or CFD transaction just for the benefit of earning a benefit); b) the client is found to be in violation of its Client Agreement or has breached the promotions terms and conditions. In case such misconduct or the breach, Vantage shall have the right to deduct any bonus amounts from the trading account.
11. Vantage may at any time make changes to these terms and conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on Vantage website. You are advised to revise these Terms regularly, and by your continued use of Vantage website and services that you accept any such modified terms. Vantage reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its sole discretion at any time.
12. Vantage may at any time, at its sole discretion, cease or discontinue any of its promotions.
13. All Vantage promotions only apply to valid STP and ECN accounts. Cent accounts are not applicable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
14. For the avoidance of any doubt, Vantage shall not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages that may be suffered in connection with any promotions.
15. Should such Terms and Conditions be available in other languages, the English language version shall be the only point of reference if any discrepancy arises.
